Kirsten Czupryna is a learning strategy and organizational development consultant with over 20 years of experience in corporate learning and development (L&D).
Her industry experience spans financial services, healthcare, hospitality, human resources, and information technology. Kirsten has led the design of high-impact blended learning solutions, managed large-scale learning rollouts, and built strong stakeholder engagement strategies to support organizational growth.
​​​Outside of her consulting practice, Kirsten is a dedicated advocate for social and economic justice. She volunteers her content development expertise to support nonprofit organizations in securing community assistance grants for families and their pets. Her work has helped secure funding from the Rhode Island Foundation, Newport Charitable Federation, and Episcopal Charities.

Kirsten holds an Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership and Communication from Northeastern University, where her research focused on workplace commitment and employee resilience. She also holds advanced degrees in Adult and Organizational Learning and Counseling Psychology.
