About

Kirsten Czupryna is a learning strategy and organizational consultant with over 20 years of experience in corporate learning and development (L&D).
Her industry experience spans financial services, healthcare, hospitality, human resources, and information technology. Kirsten has led the design of high-impact blended learning solutions, managed large-scale learning rollouts, and built strong stakeholder engagement strategies to support organizational growth.
Outside of her consulting practice, Kirsten is a dedicated advocate for social and economic justice. She volunteers her expertise to support local, nonprofit organizations in securing community assistance grants for families and their pets. Since 2024, she has won yearly grants from the Rhode Island Foundation, Newport Charitable Federation, Episcopal Charities, Centreville Bank, and Bank Newport.
Kirsten holds an Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership and Communication from Northeastern University, where her research focused on workplace commitment and employee resilience. She also holds advanced degrees in Adult and Organizational Learning and Counseling Psychology.
Kirsten is a member of Real Good AI, a non-profit research group of content creators and Ph.D. scientists "dedicated to researching and communicating transparency in AI."
