Learning Strategy
I create curriculum roadmaps that reflect a strategic plan to structure and sequence learning experiences. The roadmap is a high-level guide connecting business objectives to learning outcomes—covering what topics will be addressed, in what order, and through which modalities. I use it to align stakeholders, set expectations, and identify key milestones in the learning journey.
Project Management
I manage learning projects to prioritize structure, clarity, and momentum from initial scoping through final delivery. I work closely with stakeholders to define objectives, establish timelines, and align resources to keep the project on track. Whether coordinating with SMEs, overseeing content development, managing vendors, or tracking milestones, I keep communication flowing and risks minimized.
Change Management
I help organizations manage the human side of learning transformation. From needs analysis through post-launch, I embed change management into every phase—aligning stakeholders, building sponsor commitment, preparing managers to reinforce new behaviors, and equipping learners to embrace the change.
Content Creation
I provide content creation and development services that produce high-quality training materials tailored to specific learning objectives and audience needs. My process is grounded in targeted research and rigorous curation—identifying gaps in existing materials, evaluating source credibility, and selecting the strongest available resources (articles, white papers, videos, or tools) to inform and support what I create. Every piece of content I develop is accurate, current, and practical.
Human-Driven AI Consulting
I provide AI consulting services to help individuals and teams integrate AI in a way that is human-centered, thoughtful, and trustworthy. I guide clients in selecting the right tools, understanding their capabilities and limitations, and using them to enhance—not replace—human judgment and creativity. I hold multiple professional certificates in AI development and best practices.
